This artist is not making representations of women, or penises, or much of anything really. There are a lot of wannabes who do not letter speech balloons well; can't even bleeding put 'em on a straight line -- an example of not thinking and not doing craftsmanlike work. Apart from that, what the artist is doing is throwing *symbols* for women, eyes, penises, etc. at the paper. While in some measure improving one's art skills is the passing through phases of *improved* symbols for things, there comes a time when you do pass through that, and manage to draw representations.
Porno is representational art, or it at least pretends to it if you're drawing Bowser, Toothless, or that faun guy in Narnia.
