It is 104,027 cm (1,04027 m), or 40,95551181 inches (3,412959318 feet).
So, pretty darn huge.

How I did it [WARNING: BORING MATH]
Bunnie's height in picture http://bit.ly/1QcDb3F is 260 pixels, and (according to the internets) her height it cm is 100cm.
Her penis size of the previously mentioned picture is 50 pixels, so:
230:100= 0,260cm, which is the size of every single pixel.
0,260x50= 13cm, her penis size in cm. 13cm = 4,12 inches.
In order for it to be 10 inches, it would have to be approximately 98 pixels long.
