The guy behind Velma seems to be Shaggy, so he should probably be tagged here.
The last two images listed also tag sucre-boo, who may well be the artist or colorist (or both), but I have found no evidence to positively confirm either. The Creamery is also tagged on the last image and he/she is probably responsible for Velma's egg on the last image, but this does not seem to be a trademark of his/hers and he/she may well be responsible for some other detail.
