She was transformed into a kitten when she accidently ate a pill that Nobita gave and then Nobita transformed into a dinosaur to find her and make her back into human. After some searching, Nobita found Shizuka/the cat and picked her up with the dinosaur hands and made her eat a different pill to make her into a human. She ate it and slowly transformed into a human but since she was not wearing anything as a cat, her human form was also naked. Nobita and Doraemon looked at her and then she noticed something was wrong, looked down on herself and noticed she was naked and yelled and slapped nobita and put on some clothes(off camera).
