But then again, it's the internet, darling. Asking for a image to be taken down is like asking for a leak of the latest Game Of Thrones episode to be removed. The pirates will probably find some other sites to upload the episodes, making the DMCA completely pointless. (why do we have sites such as kisscartoon.me or watchfree.to) Once it's out in the open, you're pretty much screwed. Everyone will probably download it and share it accross the internet anyway. (via various forums, chans and other r34 sites)
I'm not the one who should be judged, but I've been through both sides of the story. I can understand trying to hold on to an image for so long. We all get that with our commissions/requests. However I do think sharing some "old" private porn is a good thing. Almost all of us share all of Zone-Sama's Hentai-Key stuff, and yet they never managed to ask for removal. (even though paying for them is the best way to support them) And if some stuff is on the DNP list (eg. Tram-Pararam, Drawn-Sex, any of BBMBBF's paysites), they can easily be found via other chans, and forums. Even though all of that can seem "bad" to some people, they're a big enough site to carry on even if some of thier stuff have been leaked on the internet.
However, PowerpuffPortal is not a massive site, and is only operated by a few people. The site is incredibly low on funds, and seeing that they are loads of PPG fans, it'll be hard not to attract some newcomers. (unlike other huge fandoms such as MLP and Porkyman) If the site could expand upon talking about other fandoms instead of PPG in specific (say 25% MLP, 75%PPG) then you might attract some noticeable fans of both fandoms.
