She'd have to be on a respirator and even then, would likely have major organ failure, and would do little but lie there. Looking at the brain in the background, it appears that some of the brainstem may have been left in, in which case it is conceivable that the body could continue to survive, however I think you would need more of the basal ganglia for the body to survive. A partial lobotomy or cerebral lesion could lobotomize personality of the patient, EG Sucker Punch, but modern science has yet to figure out a foolproof method.
