RSE (6 a day) -> DPPl (6 at a time) -> BW/B2W2 (30 at once) -> Pokémon Box -> Pokémon Bank <-> XY/ORAS
If you mean can you transfer from XY to ORAS, yes it's easy:
XY <-> Pokémon Bank <-> ORAS
