Anonymous1: That costume is definitely Tim. tt Either way a felony.

Anonymous2: @Anonymous: This clearly meant to be dcau Dick & Babs. Granted, the outfit is based off of Tim Drake's original Robin outfit, but clearly dcau Tim had a much different outfit during his time as Robin (comic book Tim adopted a similar outfit to his dcau counterpart after SB died).

FYI- DCAU Dick is college age when first meet him so... I mean last time I checked, it isn't a crime (much less a felony) to sleep with someone who's over 18 (and any event, in the state of new jersey (where Gotham is traditionally located) the age of consent is 16).

Anonymous3: College age? Nope! He was still in high school. And an accelerated student.

Zero Hour allegedly fixed all that, but after that they only knew each other for a couple months before New Teen Titans start.

(These continuity issues would define their relationship. A certain Nightwing annual certainly has words and pictures, none of which make any sense in any of the three previously established continuities. But it pretty easily connects to Countdown through multiple paths, so, point Linkara.)

Then we get to the New 52, and, well, it finally fixed Hawkman. Too bad it blew up the rest of the DCU to do it.

Anonymous4(3): To put this in perspective, Dick turns 20 during Crisis on Infinite Earths. It's a tie-in every DickBabs shipper should own, since it let's them make more snide remarks, which is the other thing this ship consists of

Now, let's do some math. If he's 20, that means he's no older than 19, which means that before Barbara ran for Congress, he was no older than 17. On the flip side, in 1964, three IRL years before Barbara's debut, he was 14. So, 14 three years before, 17 five years (including high school graduation in 1969) after. Pick your poison. But one thing is clear: Once he turns 17, she has Jason (not that one!) and a new job in Washington, making it even more unlikely.

It gets even worse post-Crisis, given how young Dick is when he's shot.

And post-Zero Hour, they barely know each other before he starts dreaming of Raven.

It's nice that Zero Hour #0 had a timeline at the end. More Crises should do that.
