I will say they've got some length on them for the age of the owners, but they're certainly not the "average" size. Or, not by American standards.(5 long and 1.5 in girth. Hey, we're nordic. We moved a lot. Evolution said that smaller dicks were better.)
eroomally: Pretty sure the reason as to why the "tiny" dick's is because the artist probably wanted to go with a more realistic size of how huge Turians (body build) actually are compared to humans.
