Anonymous5: Anyone who thinks X was actually good is just a nostalgia fag. There was nothing good about that game. Writing was trash, story was pointless, gameplay was meh, it just wasn't a great game at the time, and it's even worse now that we compare it to recent games. There's a reason Tidus's laugh is a shitty youtube poop meme now while the FNC universe is getting it's fifth game. Say what you want about XIII being a hallway, but someone like Snow is one of the most fleshed out characters in any Final Fantasy while Tidus is basically a cardboard cutout. Next you'll be talking about how godlike FF7 was.
Stonebrow: woah now, FF7 was godlike, at the time. It's still not bad. There are parts of the plot I don't like, but it was a groundbreaking game in many ways. That said, FF6 is probably best. FF.
