There's a guy on FIMFiction that wrote a Spider Man fanfic and he shipped Peter Parker with Twilight. Ever since then he has developed a fetish (probably not, but you'd think he has) for the pairing and keeps commissioning art from different artists. If you take a look at his profile on FIMFifction you'll see it's flooded with Peter Parker X Twilight Sparkle pics.
Basically another NIELS, though with far less logic/sense and with ponies. And a fanfic. That got rejected from EQD - twice.

First, NIELS is a guy who commissions truckloads of art from another truckload of different artists on DA, Hentai Foundry, tumblr, etc., mostly involving his World of Warcraft character(s). He probably has well over a hundred commissioned artworks (not including his own art) by now.
Second, because reasons; mostly how some things in the story made little to no sense (according to some schmuck on EQD).
