Dagger: @Anonymous: no, he is right, you salute with your rifle, also that looks like a musket (prob is since it is the Swedish Empire on the map) and saluting with a musket you hold it straight abit in front of you.

electricatom: Since 1917, the British Army's salute has been given with the right hand palm facing forwards with the fingers almost touching the cap or beret. Before 1917, the salute was given with whichever hand was furthest from the person being saluted, whether that was the right or the left.
Dagger: guys, FFS, its yellow nude horse holding a flintlock musket (you can see the ramrod)saluting the now dead Swedish Empire of middle 1600's, i am pretty sure the way she salutes is off too.
