This would also be an amazing mod: You could make joint announcements of friendship (with benefits), You could marry and join your empires and get bonus resources and happiness as a result. You could seduce other civilizations into marrying you, into trading resources or tech for sex, or simply to put them in a more vulnerable position. Cheating on married leaders could result in revolt and even more so if they are apart of a monogamous religion. You could add a love victory by converting all leaders into a polygamist religion and marrying all of them. You could go even deeper by adding homosexuality and polygamy to the traits of the religion, and you could prevent love victories by adding anti-homosexuality and monogamy to your religion and spreading it to other civs. You could seduce other civilization leaders to cheat on players trying to achieve a love victory. Eventually you can construct the church and state once you have the science for it (similar to building the united nations) to legally bind all of your marriages and win the game.
While your at it, you could beef up the conquest victory with graphic violence elements. You could attempt assassinations on other leaders and swing their nations into periods of chaos. You could publicly execute leaders who's capital you have taken changing the remaining uncaptured cities into revolting city states, which also intimidates other world leads, but also makes them hate you and reduces happiness in the empire. If you're really feeling dark you could throw rape into the mix, and when you pillage a city you could also throw in some rape. When you defeat a world leader you could also have the pleasure of "having" the world leaders as well. It would be glorious.
