One time, I don't remember what country it was, but there was a prince, who was heir to the throne. Turns out he had autism, and his younger brother found out. He and Autism Speaks teamed up, and had the older brother stripped of his title and thrown into a mental institution. The younger brother became the new heir to the throne, and the older brother became the Autist formerly known as Prince.

Hey, Autism Speaks has done some pretty messed up stuff in the past.
