Even putting your shit into somebody's food wouldn't do much, because all people have similar strains of bacteria in their digestive tracts (of course assuming you don't have hepatitis or other nasty disease).
The most effective way to have your revenge would be to wipe door handles and toilet seats at public buildings (transportation buildings tend to be especially nasty), ATM buttons and other things touched my many people. Then leach it and and pour the resulting liquid into the (almost cold, so it doesn't destroy the bacteria and viruses you so laboriously collected) coffee or whatever.
