Ciorba: I think simply Hitachiin would be a perfect tag. There's no real way to tell the difference between the two, and porn of one is basically porn of the other.

Kumquat: Only in the anime they do that Anon. In the manga, Kaoru parts his hair to the right and Hikaru to the left. You can also go about how their names are written in Japanese.

Kaoru usualy plays the "uke", so, I thinks it's Kaoru.

i sadly havent read the manga yet so cannot really tell if this is based of the manga or Anime, i think it goes after the Anime since the Manga is not that popular...
