Spoonman: @Anonymous: I'm going to guess that she's talking about a Milotic she knows that's been led to think she was ugly (the caveat being that Milotic evolves from Feebas when they reach a certain "Beauty" level).
Tungsten: I just realized: She's holding a Prism Scale. As of Generation V, Feebas evolve through trading while holding one, if I am not mistaken. But this is a lesson: Never tick off cute girls, since they'll evolve into angry sexy serpents.
