MrAnon: @Vitani: Possible, yes. Where do you think those cathiters go from those cathiter commercials?
To that degree, most likely not.
Hurt? Most likely depends on the person.
Roflcakes: @Vitani: It's possible, but only on a very small scale. With enough lubrication (and very, very gradual stretching) it's possible to take objects the size of an average human finger into the urethral canal. Anything beyond that is... probably a really bad idea.
But yeah, I hear urethral sounding feels amazing if you do it right. Females can even hit their G-spot from a completely different angle that way.
Roflcakes: @Vitani: I wouldn't say so, no. It's just another way of pleasuring yourself after all. Much like anal, all it takes is the right kind of preparation and know-how so you don't end up hurting yourself (or giving yourself a bladder infection).
I sometimes hear docking referred to as dong in dong penetration, but I think it has more to do with insertions under loose foreskin.
Vitani: @Roflcakes: Um...I'm not exactly sure how to reply so if that didn't work right then I'm sorry. And thank you for being so helpful, you'll have to forgive me if I come off as seeming stupid, I just don't know certain things about male anatomy. :(
I also didn't know that women could stimulate themselves via urethral sounding. Not that I'll be trying it because it still looks painful...in my opinion, at least. So...could that cause damage to a man's penis? Like make it loose or something? :(
Roflcakes: @Vitani: You should be able to mouse over a comment and see a reply box on the right. And stupid? Lol, no way! This is niche information that only a doctor or fetishist would know.
As far as it being painful: it's very easy to hurt yourself by trying to insert the wrong sized rod, or by not sterilising your rods before using them. In fact, a lot of people who end up experimenting with it are turned off after their first experience because they end up doing it wrong (which is understandably easy to do). I can't really comment on how good it feels though, because I don't have any first hand experience with it and probably never will.
Can you do any long term damage to yourself? Well, I'm not too sure. The worst thing I believe could happen is you end up getting a urinary tract infection by using a non-sterile rod. You can in fact stretch your urethra out by sounding yourself over a long period of time and slowly increasing the size of rods you use. It's actually a medical practice, believe it or not!
