Roflcakes: @Anonymous: In no way am I saying this is true for all people who have undergone the process, but some people aren't fit to have hormone therapy. It's not a rare occurrence for someone to go a bit loopy if their body cannot handle it.
Well. it's not like you drop a years worth of Estrogen at the same time. I'm sure it can go wrong if you self medicate...but that goes for any kind of medecine or hormone. Follow doctors order and it should be fine.

@Faptacular: No one has said that Derpy and Fluttershy are a couple. They've gone to Vegas together as parents for their daughter, but that doesn't mean they're in a relationship.
