Anonymous2: If you could have that size, what would happen if you push the earth....

Geez, even better: How the earth would feel if you grab it with the palm of your hand?

Anonymous3: If you could have that size, the gravitic effects would be catastrophic already. No need to actually push anything.

Still, my first thought... 'But wouldn't she be pretty cold like that? Or would she actually be hot with no air molecules to take away the heat generated by her body?'

Nuxersopus: @Anonymous: It will either drift off into the endless space and freeze or go towards the sun and melt.

DarkDeity5: @Nuxersopus: Assuming her body tissues have the same density as a human's, and her size is on the scale of planets, decompression would only be a factor near her skin. Gravitational attraction would keep the pressure within most of her body at or above normal levels. I invite you to read this xkcd article about a mole of moles for an idea of what would happen to a large amount of flesh in space.
