Razzor: Like an idiot I uploaded this pics to deviantart and they got taken down in a day. Ive decided to leave the site altogether. Hentai foundry rejected 3 more of my pics saying that they were screenshot edits. How little do they know about me XD I draw all my shit from scratch, even the backgrounds so I left them too. I am however guilty of using references from time to time. I got way better shit than this that im holding onto till I can find a decent site that I can commission my work.
Anonymous8: @Razzor: Reference =/= Tracing. Referencing means to look over subject you want to draw so that you better know how to draw it. Tracing is just straight up going over the lines.

Other than the shitty knees, the lines match pretty well. It's okay to be a hack tracer, but don't act as if it's wrong for people to confront you for it.
Where does it say I accused anyone of being wrong for confronting me about tracing or referencing? Calvar asked a question and I answered him plain and simple. If your referring to what I said about my work being rejected on HF, well yeah... Its bullshit and IM NOT the first person to complain about that site. There are hundreds of people who have in the past. Regardless of whether my work LOOKS good enough to be a screenshot doesn't MEAN that its a screenshot and they took it down based on an assumption. Also whats a Hack Tracer? Ive never ever heard of that term being used by anyone since I started drawing.

However ive already openly admitted that the pose was used from another picture which you clearly identified yourself. The fact that I was too lazy to actually sketch out a pose of my own before drawing Gwen is my only crime here.

I intended to make my picture look like a screenshot and its NOT the first time that I have done this. So I ask you what difference does it make? In a way I have had to thank this site. I started drawing digitally back in 2009. If it weren't for the unfiltered con/destructive and sometimes idiotic comments judging my work i wouldn't have gotten any better ( well there's that and practice and also art teachers yelling at me like that drill sergeant yelled at that unstable fat fucker in full metal jacket).
this is a great place to post stuff if you can take criticism and be careful.
Now HF is a higher tier site and will, within reason, call you out on your art if it doesn't meet a certain quality. HF is a great place to be at for that reason it validates that your art is on par. Also the community there can be a lot nicer.
Finally a reasonable answer, from a person with good sense. THANK you hitpoints for clearing all that up. I kinda feel like a fool now for wasting all of my time arguing >_<
