jubilation_t_cornpone: We generally don't call them dupes if they are different in something other than resolution/size/quality. Though occasionally we will delete edits if the difference is so tiny that you can barely see it. Mainly because pics like that will be reported over and over.
Though if someone goes overboard with backgrounds, we would probably delete most of them.
