fishmonger: I'm curious to know what kind of sex organs asari actually have in canon. They don't need to have sex to reproduce, but they are commonly whores in their youth, so they must have something down there. Maybe they can change their pudenda at will to suit the situation or something.

It was a reflection of the species around the Asari stripper, not the Asari herself in that all the other races saw something they shared with her, liked and decided focus on it over any other qualities. It's just a "see what you want" joke, nothing to do with a supposed projection ability of the Asari.
Anonymous14: @fishmonger During their "mind sex" they meld the minds and nervous system, meaning they feel at least the same as their partners, add to that the fact that they probably have some erogenous zones around the body (probably even more than us and more sparse) and you got why Aliens consider the Asari to be the best fucks in the Galaxy (since they also feel what the Asari feels)
