Krampus: My first colouring fellas (don't judge or do ...), a lot of errors i know... Used Gimp , if someone would kindly show some cool tutorials( damn white dots) i would be happy to colour more stuff.
BadBrains: Try working with layers. Keep the lines on a transparent layer and paint in the colors on a layer beneath it.
Then add another layer for shadows, another for highlights and so on. For shadows use solid black, then crank down the opacity of the layer until it looks right. Same for highlights except using white.
