Ragehoof: Doesn't have the physique to be Mei, and she doesn't even bother to get the hair color right? May as well cosplay as a different character if the only matching aspects are the clothes, and you're stripping...
Ragehoof: @Anonymous: That's not the issue, nor is it true. Breasts aren't empty sacks that are just hanging from the chest and waiting for an excuse to flatten. The fatty tissue (not to mention the other tissues, like mammary glands) in a real breast isn't going to 'go flat' unless something more than gravity is flattening it. Not to mention some women have rather firm breasts, and that it's all a matter of the individual... but none of them are going to just 'go flat.'
An A or B cup might be small enough to give the illusion of flatness from a bird's eye view, but anything larger and you're likely to notice something unless your depth perception is horrible. That's why there are complaints. It's not a matter of large breasts magically flattening (especially since, if you look at the part where she's clothed, she's not exactly chesty...). It's a matter of a skinny, nearly flat-chested woman cosplaying a much more voluptuous character. When one of the character's defining characteristics is 'large chest' you shouldn't expect a petite woman to cosplay her without getting heckled.
Now, I have no problem with this woman's appearance on its own. For a petite woman, she's rather attractive (if somewhat mopey-looking). My 'problem' is that she's cosplaying the wrong character if she's going for anything approaching accuracy. At least the Halibel 'cosplay deviant' girl was only off by one part when it came to issues not related to clothing.
HernsHound: Just for the record, I don't care about 'her' breasts. 'She' looks a little too much like a pre-op to me, and 'she' doesn't pull off the character at all.
