Rat: This is defenetly the girl from Panda Go Panda, I even recognize her house! THis ids valid 34 that I've been looking for like CRAZY!
She's like the anime version of Pippi Longstocking, literally. She was intended to be the official japanese Pippi but Astrid Lindgren didn't approve of the design or whatever so the japs changed it only so much that they could call it their own, and thus Panda Go Panda was made, and it was cuuuute. :3
Made by Studio Ghibli before it was renamed to Studio Ghible, in the early 1980's I think..
