Anonymous4: Doctor Light was a JLA villain who became a Teen Titans villain and then was slowly dumbed down until he was defeated by Kid Flash (at the time dying) and Magenta (at the time untrained) and didn't even know it was them.
I'm 2003, a retcon explained it: He raped the Elongated Man's wife and was lynched for his efforts, Zatanna taking away his memory. And enough of Batman's that they weren't all kicked out of the League right there. Funny thing, tthey thought he murdered Sue later; the real murderer was the Atom's ex, trying to get back together with him. She also orphaned the third Robin.
Later on, he warned the Titans that the League might erase their memories next. (For added lulz, the Titans' resident rapist, Mirage, was right there.) He also attacks Green Arrow and goes on a spiel more or less about "rape rape rape, I love rape".
