In one of the BL books, a SOB betrayed her convent, joined a genestealer cult, gave birth to numerous children and became a saint to said cult after a life dedicated to its cause. Admittedly, it was all part of the Inquisition's plans, but that doesn't mean SOB are incorruptible.
