@Chef Retardee - Not surprised, she's from an insanely obscure short story by Osamu Tezuka. From what I can understand of it, it's about aliens that take the form of cats and attempt to take over the earth. One of them (the titular Shammy) ends up falling in love with a high schooler, and their relationship of course hinders the invasion attempt. With a plot like that, I'm surprised there hasn't been more porn of her (although there's a new doujin at Comiket that supposedly features her…).
