The day before the final roster was leaked, the original comic was posted at VG Cats. Soon after, somebody changed the picture of Captain F to make him nude. And soon after that somebody changed the picture so Mario would deepthroat him. Those two pictures got posted here at rule34. Foppe made a failed edit and pasted those picture into the real comic and added Falcon Deepthroat!!!
