Anonymous2: They say that one's eyes are lower than halfway between the bottom and top of your head. Clearly her eyes are too high so that's why she doesn't look all that awesome.
aaaninja: Posted a new pic. The problem was her eyes being too small. Her pupils are rolled back since she is looking up too. And her eye placement is fine, her bangs just cover her forehead so creates an illusion of being in wrong spot.
Just a tip I heard from other artists :p
