Phantasmagoria: Ah, Russian Gurofriend to the rescue. She was not a meme originally, but became one due to her style. Well, you see, and hopefully this picture will serve as a redirect if we get any more art of Bikko and questions, Bikko is a fascinating character based off of the creator, "Romantic Fool's" inspiration, a childhood friend who lost fingers and an eye in a car accident, but remained strong-willed and cheerful about life. So he created Bikko, who despite having lost a leg and eye in an accident is tough, badass, and blatantly enjoys outrageous or illegal behaviour. That is why I recommend against rape in general, but especially Bikko, Berry. I am sure you would understand why the more you find out about her.
There are also facts about her, for example the name of her band and that her favorite smokes are cherry, if I remember correctly. But, that's all. That being said, she is an inspiration a lot of women, and let's face it, someone so strong willed in the face of such a challenge, that's very attractive.

The creator made a manga because of the popularity, but I'll be damned if I can find it anywhere.
