Navitas: Copy/pasting my notes from Hpalm: On the in-game model, her torso is green/gray/teal, settled on that color for the torso, the trim of the lower body is white as seen on the model and the splashes. I debated doing pure white like in the Chinese splash, but figured this might be better. If it's requested I can post up a pure white torso version.
TBH she was nerfed because Riot appears to be trying to balance around Dominion, instead of forgetting the map that the vast majority of LoL is playing.
Akali's Dominion domination isn't a fault of her, it's a fault of Dominion. Alas! I really like how the red on the tunic came out, when zoomed in looked like it was drawn in, instead of colored in.
