Anonymous20: Actually that IS how green screen works. Movie effects departments often green screen up a certain part of an actor's body to make it "disappear" in post production. That's how they made the chick's arm disappear in the movie about the surfer who got her arm bitten off by the shark.
Anonymous21: If they just removed the dick there'd be an empty space in its place and they'd always need to digitally fill it with graphics of the inner flanks, belly and other areas of FS's body that were originally covered by the dick, unless it was shown on a plain background. Sounds like a lot of trouble, must be pretty costly.
Now that's where most of the show's budget goes to.
