We need a link in the opposite direction, to the picture that will be kept, because we will be directed to the pic that will be deleted by the deleteme tag or image report.
The very best approach is to do an image report on the image to be deleted, with an image link to the image to be kept. Image links can be included in the report box itself, requiring no comments at all.
