Anonymous5: Why's it tagged New Vegas if it says 13 (for Vault 13, FO1) underneath the dick on the under-armor vault suit? (sometimes I hate my eye for detail ._. )
Anonymous9(5): I know FO1 had T-51b power armor, and the Classic Pack would semi-explain it, except that just had an Armored Vault 13 jumpsuit and not one you'd be able to wear underneath T-45d power armor.
Anonymous19(5): Perhaps it's in the future, one of the vault 13 survivors who discovered T-45D armor in the wasteland, but unless the person who drew this why they put the 13 under the dick we'll never have a definete answer

Anonymous31: This is tagged New Vegas because T-45d never appeared until FO3 and T-51b is the only Power Armor in FO1. The Vault 13 shorts is probably from Courier's stash.
