craggle: tagging this with cosplay and margot, because this isn't actually pg. loli power girl here was from an issue where power girl went to a fan convention for herself and one of the people dressed like her was a little girl named margot.
she later said she wants to be a superhero because superheroes don't have to wear pants and she hates wearing pants.
cerealkilla: No tensai I'm with anon 1 but I was thinkin' (maybe so was anon1) more about powerpuff girls or maybe a big chested power girl either one for me woulda done fine. Not that I'm complaining about this.
tyciol: craggle, was doing a search based on your comment and found in https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/Power_Girl_Vol_2_26
> Power Girl listens to a little girl called Marnie and her sisters Kira and Margot.
So I guess the question is: where are the other two? I'll need to go find a scan of this scene's page(s)
