Anonymous2(1): Actually, there are a lot of characters missing from the tags. Off the top of my head, there's definitely Numbah 2, i.e. Hoagie P Gilligan, from Codename: Kids Next Door, as well as what I believe is Billy from Billy and Mandy, and I think Leopold "Butters" Stotch from South Park, all in that left corner. Also, Catscratch is listed, but none of the names of the 3 main cats who appear in this picture (I don't recall the Butler's name, but I don't think it's here either).
