Mighty_teh_Armored_D1ld0e: How can this be futa, or rule 63? I see no vagoo (granted, even if it was there, it'd be hard to see from this angle). A feminine face does not make one female, what matters is what's between the legs. There's plenty of girly-faced shota that may even be dressed up as girls, but are still unquestionably male. Removing the rule 63 tag, from this and the uncolored version.

tl;dr: drawing a male character with long eyelashes =/= rule 63.
