BOTH Richard and Melissa--the voices of Zim and Gaz--LIKE the pairing (thank you DVD commentary), Gaz is the only one to actually TOLERATE Zim (sure, she puts him down, but we didn't see her harm him once in the show, nor did admit to HATING him like she does Dib or like Tak HATES Zim), and if she allows him to use her as an umbrella ("The Wettening") and then take her precious Game Slave and insert it INSIDE her body WITHOUT sending him to a nightmare world of sheer horror, I doubt she would mind alien-human sex, especially if it scarred her brother for life to see his supposedly dark but chaste little sister doing it with his worst enemy.

Anonymous9: Actually, Richard Horowitz prefers Tak and Zim, he stated it in an interview. Zim and Gaz barely interacted in the series while there was much more tension between Zim and Tak.
