Anonymous3: I agree with AnonymousEmperor, this Is definately NOT a Suicune, Suicunes don't have purple on their stomachs or underside, I should know, Suicune is my favorite Porkyman.

In fact, I have no idea what that is.... I thought maybe a Quagmire, but it's not.... Maybe a fan-made character? Who knows?
