Suihtil_Cod: This is just page 24 from Novas Aventuras de Megaman, a licensed Brazilian Mega Man comic from 1996. This page isn't even that sexy.

Compare that to pages 21 and 22 from the previous issue have Roll chained to a wall with tubes slapped onto her nips, and there we are.
