Even though you ARE technically right, it is under basic assumption that when one object's gravitational field repels another object's it is called touching. Finally, the gravitational repulsion between the sperm cell and the egg would allow the sperm cell to break into the egg due to the fact that the sperm cell is propelling through liquid.
