Anonymous8: It's basically implied that gender is vestigial with their species, since apparently the mother grub can be impregnated (for lack of a better term) by two trolls of any gender combination. So the womb would serve no functional purpose for non-mother-grubs. On the other hand, they have hair and boobs, so at some point in their evolution they probably gave live birth like regular mammals. So the "normal" sexual organs are almost certainly present.
