Maybe I should have clarified
I'm not just saying anthro cats and foxes that's just what I mostly prefer take Aisha clan clan and Bagi for instance, one is mostly human with small animal features and one is more animal with human features, both are fine to me. I'm saying the way Dr Comet illustrated Krystal/Bagi is the way I would want them to look if they were real. They all don't have to look that way.
Also, what do you mean by adapted animal skulls but looking exactly human? Wouldn't that be boring, some the appeal of anthro characters to me is the exotic look of being out of the ordinary.

That means their skulls are not exactly animal ones, so they can hold a larger brain, however still show some distinct animal features.
At least that's what I think.
