randoomin: To split hairs, he could either be a high elf or blood elf here, as he renamed his followers the blood elves after the destruction of the Sunwell...so for a time before they turned to demonic magic, blood elves were just renamed high elves, blue eyes and all. But seeing as his eyes are blue and it looks like he's standing in a Silvermoon pre-Arthas invasion, I'd say he's a high elf.... yes I spent way too much time thinking on that.
