It also looks damn close to the original artist's style. Except he usually doesn't show the male's groins anyway, so it would be unlikely this was a shopped pic.
Anonymous2(1): This had "Flora" as a tag. Flora is not in the pic. It no longer has that tag. It could be shopped. I don't remember if this was a page in the comic or not.
The character does sort of look like a Fox version of Natani with yellow eyes.
Anonymous3: it was in the comic.... the next page showed Mike(the fox guy) accidentally kissing the dog guy(can't remember his name) and mike was back as a guy(went to bed and he was a girl)
