Anonymous1: Model is lookin' good but I'd recommend changing the texture/material/rendering for the skin. It's a bit too shiny and plastic looking. Get the light with softer diffusion on the skin. The alternative would be to render it all in a stylized fashion.

Anonymous2: Just as a tip, throw on a deformer around the elbows, it'll help with the crashing, otherwise it's coming along well.
