Killamajig: Bloodthirsters on the table are out of scale, as is everything for 40k. Notice that Guardsmen and Marines are about the same size, but twelve to sixteen feet isn't an unrealistic number for them. While the wingspan is rather extensive, they're barely Dreadnought wide at the shoulders, so no to the Baneblade part (which is more or less a bunker with treads on it).
That said, they're daemons, and variable size is easily within the realm of possibility.
Of course, Khornate daemons wouldn't have genitals, so maybe worrying about 40k canon as it applies to this image is a little pointless.
