Anonymous1: Excuse me, sir, have you seen my eyes?
OH WAIT, LOL

Anonymous2: lustful squinting?

Anonymous3: My first thoughts, as I was looking at this pic:
1. That's a rather tender-looking scene, nicely drawn.
2. ...that's a really big blood elf...or a really small tauren...or maybe both...
3. ...I'm such a WoW nerd. :P

Anyway, I do like the pic, though I agree with Anon1&2, the lack of eyes is kinda weird.

Anonymous5: They both have eyes, they're just heavy-lidded.

Anonymous6(3): "Heavy-lidded" is one thing. "Completely shut" (or "totally invisible") is another thing entirely.

Anonymous7(4): If you zoom in, you can see their pupils.

Anonymous8(3): ...you're correct, Anon7 (this is Anon3 & 6 again) I can actually see the pupils. I still think the eyes are a little weird, but at least they look something more like eyes. It would have helped to color the scleras white, and preferably add some iris color too.

Anonymous9(4): (Anon 7) Yeah there is no denying that the eyes are a little strange
